Refund Policy and Warranty Information

If you change your mind, or are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns of the original, unworn timepiece within 14 days of customer receipt. We cannot accept opened and worn watches for returns.

No warranty coverage--expressed, implied, written in blood, or otherwise--except through the original manufacturer, when applicable. Any warranty coverage will be noted on the description page of the item.

That being said, our goal is to satisfy our customers' needs. If there are any questions or concerns, you can always reach out to us, and we will do our best to respond within 2 business days to all inquires.
